Dear Presenters and interested Friends,
I invite you to send back the completed Registration form attached back.
Once we receive your registration form, my colleagues will book the accommodation, and we will confirm this in an e-mail.
After you receive the feedback, please transfer at least 50% of the accommodation, or even the full amount, as well as the congress registration fee.
Should you wish to pay in cash on the spot, I can not provide accommodation.
If you arrive by plane, it is possible to request a special transfer for extra fee.
You can also rent a car at the airport, but we cannot undertake the organization for this.
The airport’s name: Budapest Ferihegy
Kecskemét / location of the Congress / is 86 km south of Budapest.
Travel options:
by car the M5 motorway to Kecskemét (in the direction of Szeged ./There is a fee here, tickets need to be purchased at the petrol station /.
By train:
There is a train leaving from Budapest Nyugati (Western) railway station in every hour or Intercity express train towards Szeged, till Kecskemét.
If you arrive Eastern or Southern Railway station, you can take the underground to get to the Nyugati (Western) railway station.
If you arrive by plane: take a taxi from the Terminal 2 to the train staion Ferihegy 1, and from there towards Szeged, till Kecskemét.
There will be a Kecskemét city tour on Thursday morning, before the opening ceremony of the congress.
Please indicate if you would like to visit museums. WE can provided an escort if required.
If it is required, my staff can organize excursions in Budapest or in other parts of Hungary as well.
If you are travelling with children, English and German babysitting can be provided for extra fee.(With food and sleeping during the day, if it is needed.)
At the Congress snack will be provided. It is also possible to order lunch and / or dinner for an additional fee.
